The Winey 10 brought little change to the club Road Runners Championships apart from Ionel Iancu overtaking Rob Brown there was no change in rankings either for the men or the women. So Bill Leggate and Pam Wheeler continue to dominate.
But in the Club Runners Championships which rewards improvement as well as attendance - Pam Wheeler lept ahead of Barbara Thomas to take the number one place and Sarah Whitehouse battled upto 4th. While in the men ionel who consolidated his lead while Bill Leggate strengthened his position as 2nd.
With only two more events, the Cricklade 10k and the Stroud Half Marathon changes in the Road Runner order look unlikely unless there is some sneaky marathon running between now and then but the Ladies Club Runners is more open - watch this space.
