Lake 62 aquathlon and aquabike - Part of the Cotswolds Evening Tri Series. This week
Kate Kilby, Louise Abbott and Ann Sherrington all represented the club at the LPS lake 62 evening series 4 of 4 Aquabike and Aquathlon event. Prevented from running by a foot injury, Kate joined Louise for her Aquabike debut (400m swim, 16km bike – 48.20 Kate and 65.25 Louise) and Ann did the Aquathlon (400 m swim, 4.5k run – 37.04). They all reported that it was a very enjoyable and satisfying evening was had by all. This is a local, friendly, fun, well-organised event and is great for both newbies and experienced participants. We all look forward to doing it again next year with some under 60s joining us!
