Rupert Chesmore achieved a long term goal running the 185 miles of Offas Dyke from Chepstow to Prestatyn. His time of 73 hours gave him 10th place in an event that most describe as "brutal " and at least 50% drop out part way. With a total of 3 hours sleep over 3 nights his end section support team ( Liza and Martin C) were amazed to find him relatively compus mentis and to watch him race up the final 2000' of climbing with hardly a comment.
Amazing on all counts!
