Track & Field Open Meetings

There are quite a few open track and field meetings that have recently opened entries, with a range of events that will suit Juniors, Teens and adult members of the Club.

There are the county championships and "graded" events where you compete against others of a similar standard, so i can guarantee you won't be racing Jakob Ingebrigtsen!

There are also some "Low-Key Opens" especially for younger athletes as an introduction to competing in track and field events. Several of our Juniors and Teens have enjoyed these events. In chronological order:

A new meeting to bring to your attention, suitable for Under 13s and older, including seniors.

These meetings are graded events and range from 100m to 1500m, including hurdles events and include a variety of field events (check each particualr meeting for events details)

Held at the Horspath Athletic Track, Oxford (the old Iffley Road track where roger Bannister did the first 4 minute mile) these events are held monthly with the first one on Wednesday 23rd April. Entries via LINK
